Hair Fusion Faire Milan: two days of technical training
On March 22 and 23 in Milan, Hair Fusion Faire will bring together some of the most influential professionals in the international cutting scene for an immersive training experience built around hands-on practice and direct exchange. We are proud to sponsor this edition, supporting a project that places technical growth at the centre and aims to transform research and precision into practical tools to bring back into the salon.
A method built on practice
Hair Fusion Faire is designed for professionals who want to refine their technical language and return to the salon with immediately applicable skills. The format encourages interaction and collaboration. Participants will work in small groups, rotating between all educators. This allows them to engage with different approaches, understand the structural logic behind hair cutting, and refine their technique through targeted exercises.

Ben Brown will present his analytical approach to haircut construction, developed through his “100 Days” project, a study-and-repetition journey that explored the mechanics and theory behind the graduated bob.
Gianni Scumaci will share a method rooted in the Vidal Sassoon culture, in which precision, structure, and control are essential to creating clean, contemporary shapes.
Alessandro Bonetto, Creative Director of Bons HAIR, will offer a vision focused on precision and technical solidity, shaped by an international educational background and continuous research into structured cutting.
